1. Accepting the terms
These terms cover the website, the apps, and every service offered through kyanil. Opening an account is treated as explicit consent.
2. Account & responsibility
- You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials.
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
- Using the account for activities that violate the law is forbidden.
3. Orders & payment
An order is considered confirmed once the payment succeeds and a sequential number is issued. Prices are in Saudi Riyal and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Houses & merchants
Each house is an independent entity, responsible for the accuracy of its piece information, availability, and delivery. kyanil reviews houses before listing them and reserves the right to suspend any improper conduct.
5. Content & ownership
Trademarks, images, and text published on kyanil are protected by their owners' intellectual property rights. Use does not grant you the right to commercial republication.
6. Returns & refunds
kyanil guarantees returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is intact and in its original packaging. Made-to-order and customized pieces may be excluded — this is stated on the product page.
7. Limits of liability
kyanil is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Our liability is limited to the order amount in the event of a delivery or payment fault.
8. Disputes & jurisdiction
Disputes are settled under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction where required.
9. Updates
We may amend these terms. Amendments take effect 14 days after publication, and we'll notify you by email and in your account.
